Implementing Lean Manufacturing at Pamarco
Pamarco strives to improve the customer experience at every level, including our manufacturing processes. The company and it’s VP of Manufacturing for the Flexo division have taken on lean manufacturing standards to continue to improve consistency, quality and performance. Beginning with education across all levels of management and employees, the company has been able to identify areas for improvement and growth and make the adjustments necessary. Also, using root cause analysis, Pamarco has begun to look at each issue and find real, manageable solutions. This is what lean is all about.
