November 2, 2016– Pamarco announces the appointment of Theodore (Ted) Gallagher as the gravure technical sales engineer for their Armotek Gravure Division. He will be reporting directly to the plant manager/gravure sales manager, Gary White. Ted brings dynamic experience to his new position from a career in the industry that has spanned over twenty-six years. His previous work includes gravure cylinder production, design, and printing.
Ted advocates strongly for customer relations as a starting point for great business, “You don’t get repeat business by just taking an order. The customer is the most important part of our business and is the only reason we are in business. Ted speaks from experience, having been on both sides of the business in his lengthy career. He has worked as a producer, as well as a customer.
